It is a lemon poppy seed pound cake. A lovely moist lemon pound cake.
The theme of the cake is fishing as the birthday guy loves fishing. I did a lake, a bridge, tent and rod all out of fondant.
The grass is piped out and the green colours are sponged on with food colourings. it also specked with sprinkles to act like little wild flowers on the grass.
